DOUGH MAKING STEP

1. Clean out the mixing bowl
2. Add Pizza base premix, water and oil all together
3. Transfer the dough at diving table
4. Let the dough for proofing to 45 to 70 min
5. Store the dough in the 4 to 12 °C
